My Experience as a Pro Se lawyer against Multiple Lawyers and Law Firms
Hi, my name is Michael Ventrone, owner of Ventrone Enterprises LLC, which I originally set up to promote for IT Consulting and Project Management opportunities. Over the past decade I have been battling a Trust Fund (theoretically), an Ex-Wife, horrible former in-laws and their law firm, and my favorite, William Cooper III, Esq. of FoxRothschild LLC, aka Coop the Financial Rapist, throughout multiple counties and courts here in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
After years of frustration with our legal system, and an ex-wife’s inheritance apparently completely gone that was Supposed to be in a TRUST Fund (the very word is Trust, so sad, or ironic depending on your point of view) I’ve chosen to go to the Court of Public Opinion. Started with the filing of divorce in 2016 and after 200+ sequences continues to this day

This litigation has seemingly caused Judge Barrett to retire (violated my constitutional right to a fair trial) and Judge Clifford (who won the special election to replace Barret by changing his party affiliation) to be involved in over $50,000.00 in Check Fraud against Charles Swaub.

Filed by my Ex for Child Support claiming her TRUST is exempt so she should get money from me.

Where Andrew Dohan, Esq. filed the “Trust Under Will Sheila Wall Hundt F/B/O Ashley Hundt” but never attends the hearings.

This litigation has seemingly caused Judge Tunell to retire, having broken the law removing a Co-Trustee when there was NOT a ready replacement

Chesco Civil Court under 2020-07704
Civil Suit I filed against William Cooper III, Esq., who seemingly paid his legal fees with the Hundt Family Money he was given instead of control of an actual TRUST Fund.

Civil Suit I filed against Aaron Weems, Esq., who seemingly had his legal fees paid with the Hundt Family Money.

Pennsylvania Superior Court under 1874-EDA-2020 AND 704-EDA-2023
Two appeals that I did as Pro-Se, one for Jurisdiction over the Trust Fund (Chester County vs. Montgomery County) and the second for a Guardian Ad Litem for the Trust Fund on behalf of my two minor children. Both of these continued the “Multiple Wheels of Litigation” back down to the Lower Courts.

Federal Bankruptcy Court under 21-11643-AMC
Three (yes 3) Lawyers backed out of representing me prior to Roger, knowing Coop the Financial Rapist would spend every dime litigating to protect himself. I’ve spent $2,500.00 for this court (it’s a flat fee, compared to the opponent doing Time and Materials).
